Enrichment through toys
Give the children a “Pocket Character”, they are designed to fit in the pocket and be used as a simple interactive toy.
Let your child choose a design to work with and then develop the colouring.
It is a good idea to encourage your children to trace around their character and practise a range of designs – develop characters – create stories that go with the character.
Once they have completed their main toy and pocket character, then you can encourage them to create stories of their toys interacting.
